Description

Quipment is a fast-growing company based in Nancy, France, specializing in the global deployment of medical and laboratory equipment solutions for clinical trials.

Missions

As part of our global growth, this role is key to supporting the strategic development of our Program Management offer. The successful candidate will contribute to strengthening our project capabilities and delivering high-value solutions to our clients.


Manage quotations for non-standard projects:

  • Assess risks during the quotation phase.

  • Design solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Ensure all necessary elements are considered.

Oversee full project management:

  • Lead setup, launch, and implementation.

  • Ensure proper project closure.

Plan project and procurement strategy:

  • Maximize product availability.

  • Minimize inventory and cash flow risks.

Organize kick-off meetings:

  • Share objectives, scope, timeline, and budget.

  • Define rules and tools to guide the project.

Manage daily project execution:

  • Support the sales administration team.

  • Handle day-to-day troubleshooting.

Monitor project progress:

  • Lead steering committees.

  • Prepare reports and analyses.

  • Manage change requests.

  • Review project throughout its lifecycle.

Ensure proper project closure:

  • Conduct post-mortem analysis for continuous improvement.

Profil

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or a professional master's in Business Engineering.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a non-standard industrial environment.

  • Experience in the medical sector is a plus.

  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in French or another foreign language is an asset.

  • Autonomous and detail-oriented.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong results-oriented mindset.

  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies.

  • Advanced IT system skills.
