    ncScale is a startup developing a Saas allowing companies to optimize security and life cycle of their no-code apps. ncScale just raised $2.6M with two well-known investment funds, Kima and Elaia.

    Our brand new office are near the Part-Dieu train station at 15, rue des Cuirassiers in the 3rd Lyon district, and our almost fifteen team members are dispatched all around France.

    Mission

    🎯 Job Description

    • Onboarding our users in both French and English

    • Making sure our tool is installed correctly 

    • Creating content to lead to autonomous installation 

    • Reporting after each onboarding and maintaining the CRM up to date

    • Relay to R&D team observations and suggestions to improve our solution

    • Organizing offline events

    Profil

    🔎 Who are you?

    • You have good interpersonal skills and team spirit

    • Fluent in English

    • Versatile, Meticulous, persistent, autonomous, and curious

    • You are willing to throw yourself into a young and dynamic startup 

    • Knowledge of no-code tools - Bubble, Make, Airtable

    • Knowledge of code good practices would be a plus

    When : Position available immediately

    Where : Ideally Lyon, FR - full remote is possible

    What : Full-time, permanent contract (CDI)

    Status : employee 

    Salary : €35k-40k depending on profile

    Benefits : Flexible time schedule, the company pays for 70% of insurance policy, transport
