What are you going to do?
Opensee’s product is a state of the art data analytics platform for financial institutions. It consists of a web application, a desktop software and an API. Providing our customers with accurate and easy-to-read documentation is essential to our operations. We are looking for a Technical Writer to own, coordinate and drive the documentation efforts with the product and engineering team.
We are looking for a manager who will lead the effort to provide knowledge sharing and best-end-class documentation.
Take ownership over all Product and Support documentation and related processes
Develop the documentation structure
Develop documentation workflows for product managers and engineers and train them
Ensure that the quality and style of the documentation are up to our standards
Ensure documentation is updated and published in conjunction with product changes and releases
Develop familiarity with Opensee products, and author documentation yourself
Create and deliver training for engineers and technical authors
Manage the documentation projects, define objectives and follow up execution
Identify opportunities for improved processes, or gaps in current documentation
Profil
Requirements
You have a background in documentation creation and management
Experience as a technical author is required, particular experience with documenting an API is a plus
Graduate level education is desired, undergraduate degree is required
Project management experience is a plus
Working conditions
Duration : permanent contract
Salary : Competitive, profile based
Location : Paris based (Saint-Lazare)
