Missions
Nous recherchons un assistant (e ) communication H/F pour un stage d’une durée de 4 à 6 mois base à l’Isle Jourdain dans le Gers.
Vos principales missions seront d’assurer la conception des outils de communication du programme de commerce équitable en support à la business unit RSE et commerce équitable du groupe ECOCERT et contribuer à l'animation des réseaux sociaux du groupe Ecocert.

- Appui à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la méthodologie
- Collecte et analyse des données, en coordination avec les membres de l'équipe et les clients
- Rédaction du rapport et présentation des résultats
Tâches détaillées :
Soutien au développement commercial du standard Fair for Life (commerce équitable) :

- Compilation de tous les outils de communication existants, y compris les articles de presse en français et en anglais
- Appui à l'élaboration de la plateforme de marque Fair for Life
- Rédaction et mise à jour des outils de communication pour les clients et prospects
- Collaboration avec des prestataires pour la conception de nouveaux supports de communication
Soutien à la communication externe du groupe Ecocert
- Soutien à l'organisation et à la participation à des salons et des événements
- Community management et rédaction d’articles Web
You will collaborate with two departments: the corporate marketing and communication service and the CSR and Fair Trade business unit within the ECOCERT Group.
Your key missions will be to support the design and development of the communication and marketing package for its Fair Trade programme and to manage the social networks for the Ecocert group.

Internship Description:
The internship provides a comprehensive introduction to the fair trade certification and monitoring of international projects
The main tasks and activities for the intern are:
- Desk-based work
- Support in methodology definition and implementation
- Data collection and analysis, involving coordination with related staff members of the team, and with clients and stakeholders.
- Report writing and presentation of the results
Detailed tasks:
Support for the communication and marketing of Fair for Life standard (fair trade) :
- Gather all existing communication tools including press articles
- Support for the elaboration of the Fair for Life Brand Platform
- Collaborate with creative stakeholders for the design of new communication materials
- Support for the upgrading the existing package for client and prospect
Support for the communication of Ecocert group
- support for the organization and participation to tradeshows and events
- social media community management and web writing
Profil
Formation :
Diplôme universitaire M1/M2 en Communication et/ou marketing. Indemnités légales (M1) ou 850€ si stage de fin d'études M2.
Compétences techniques :
- Français langue maternelle. Anglais professionnel (oral et écrit). L’espagnol est un plus.
- Connaissance pratique du pack Office
- Une bonne connaissance des logiciels vidéo (motion design) est un plus.
- Idéalement familiarisé avec les principes du commerce équitable et de la responsabilité sociale
Compétences comportementales :
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome - Très bonnes aptitudes rédactionnelles
- Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse
Training:
University degree or Graduate studies in marketing, and/or communication (preferably with experience in the Fair Trade and / similar context
Technical competences:
- French as a mother tongue. Fluent in English. Working skills (speaking and writing) in Spanish is a plus.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications. Working knowhow of communication design.
- Good knowledge of video presentation software (motion design) is a plus.
- Ideally familiar with the principles of Fair Trade and social responsibility

- Good analytical and synthesis skills
- Good working skills (efficient, organized, structured and the ability to meet deadlines)
DURATION: 6 months ideally end of study internship, allowances : 850 €/month
