    Mission

    Responsabilities
    The Business Development Executive will work to help grow adoption of the Hipay products in Portugal.

    This position is based in Lisbon and reports to the Sales VP of Portugal. 

    The BDE will be responsible for generating new sales, resulting in transaction volume for the company:
    • Sell Hipay Payment Solutions to Portuguese companies & corporations
    • Exceed set yearly goal of Processed Margin 
    • Working closely with the Sales VP and General Manager in Identifying and sourcing new sales opportunities 
    • Managing a pipeline of new and existing prospects
    • Building relationships with relevant external stakeholders
    • Lead meetings and negotiation
    • Managing and reporting on the on-going health of each relationship 

    Responsabilidades
    Business Development Executive trabalha para aumentar a adoção dos serviços da HiPay no mercado Português.

    A local de trabalho será em Lisboa e reporta ao VP Vendas em Portugal.

    O BDE será responsável por encontrar novos clientes, resultando num aumento do volume transacionado para a empresa.
    • Vender os serviços HiPay a empresas e comerciantes em Portugal
    • Exceder os targets anuais de Margem gerada 
    • Trabalhar em conjunto com o VP de Vendas e o General Manager para identificar novas oportunidades de negócios 
    • Gerar um pipeline de potenciais leads 
    • Criar relacionamentos pessoais com indivíduos com cargos empresariais importantes
    • Liderar reuniões e negociações
    • Manter controle e reportar sobre a situação de cada relação comercial com clientes

    Profil

    This job is for you if…
    o You have 2+ years of work experience with at least 1 year having some payments experiences of the Portuguese market
    o You are results orientated and strong personality with strong commercial drive
    o Have demonstrated track record of taking initiative and ownership
    o Your are flexible, informal and professional. Elegant communication skills
    o You have experience and proficiency in building relationships with senior level decision makers
    o Your are interest to read technical documentation to better understand the product 
    o You have knowledge  and interest of the fintech word
    o You are ready to travel

    Requerimentos
    o 2 anos de experiência de trabalho com pelo menos 1 ano de experiencia na área de pagamentos
    o Motivação em atingir objetivos. Boa personalidade, divertido e forte instinto comercial
    o Flexível, informal mas profissional. Dotes de comunicação claros e elegantes.
    o Experiente e competente em criar relações com decision makers ao mais alto nível
    o Interesse em tecnologia e em ler informação técnica para melhor perceber o produto
    o Interesse no mundo Fintech
    o Competente em Inglês. Francês e Espanhol vantajoso.
    o Disponibilidade em viajar.
