Description

As part of its international growth, the ALTIOS Group is implementing an ERP system. To strengthen its project team, a Data Analyst position is available on a 2 years fixed-term contract.

 

Initially, a great deal of synthesis, analysis and documentation creation will be required to support the ERP roll-out. Your role will then be to support change management within the Group's various subsidiaries.

 

The position is based in Lyon.

Mission

MISSIONS

As Data Analyst, your main role is to assist with the international implementation of the ERP system.

 

Thanks to your analytical and data management skills, you create, consolidate and control databases (services, contracts and customers) by summarising the information shared by the subsidiaries (Excel).

 

Your teaching ability also enables you to create presentations, co-host workshops for BPOs and Key Users and co-lead end-user training throughout the roll-out of the solution. As project facilitator, you streamline communication between the various project stakeholders and teams involved in the ERP project.

 

Finally, with your excellent project management skills, you support the Senior Project Manager in managing the relationship with the integrator and you participate in the development and implementation of the Change Management Plan. Agile and adaptable, you also coordinate compliance with ERP project deadlines.

Profil

PROFILE

With a Master's degree in Information Systems, Project Management and/or Controlling, you have at least a first significant professional experience (between 1 and 3 years) and have a particular interest in new technologies and IT.

 

You are fluent in written and spoken FRENCH & ENGLISH and can interact with people from all over the world on a daily basis.

 

You have a perfect command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, which are your everyday tools (Knowledge of Odoo would be a plus).

 

You are dynamic and curious, with a problem-solving mindset. You can adapt to a multicultural context, while being organized to successfully complete a large-scale project within an International Group.
