Missions
Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible of all aspects of the design and build of construction projects (mainly industrial and logistic facilities).
The set role will require an involvement at an early stage of the project, starting with the conception of the construction and cost evaluation of the project, with active involvement in the purchasing the right resources for the operation and with the main role concentrating on the realization and delivery aspects of the allocated projects in line with the commitments taken in front of the Customer.
Main assignments :
You will ensure the profitability of your operations, validate technical aspects and take part in the administrative, financial and legal set up of the projects.
You will ensure that projects go forward smoothly and safely in line with the Company strategies and Client requirements.
You will manage and develop a team of Project Managers/Civil Engineers.
And finally, you will establish & maintain excellent communications with all stakeholders of the project.
Profil
The successful candidate must be fluent in Romanian, with very good German and English knowledge.
With a master degree in Civil Engineering, you possess technical and managerial skills acquired from an extensive experience in construction for logistics or industrial real estate.

Solutions oriented, you value team work
AutoCAD basic drawing skills, excellent Microsoft Project and Excel or similar software/programs skills
2 to 3 days a week on site are required
