Missions
Main responsibilities:
The recruiter will be in charge of:
Analyze the job positions pending to be hires
Detect the talent, make the filters to select the potential candidates
Set- up the interviews needed following the process defined
Deliver the file of the candidates to the payroll area
Inform the kpi´s of talent attraction and retention
Cooperate with new ideas and strategies to improve the channels for attract the talent
Profil
Job requirements:
Experience as Recruiter at least 3 years (in manufacturing electronic/automotive companies desirable)
Bachelor´s degree in Administration of HR, Psychologist or related
Experience making interviews by competences
English advanced
