Missions
The role
We are looking for a versatile, organised and autonomous professional who will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative and financial support of GSE Portugal, while also ensuring the smooth running of our Lisbon office. This is a broad, hands-on role and a key interface between the local team and GSE Group support functions, particularly Finance & Accounting, HR, Legal & Insurance and IT.
Administrative & Financial Support
âą Receive, check and process supplier invoices.
âą Prepare and issue client invoices.
âą Create and maintain supplier and client records.
âą Manage and monitor bank guarantees, retentions and related documentation.
âą Prepare information required for VAT and other local tax obligations, in coordination with Finance and external
Office Management & Employee Support
âą Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Lisbon office.
âą Manage office suppliers, services, general purchases and administrative documentation.
âą Coordinate company cars, fuel cards, Via Verde and related matters.
âą Coordinate business travel and accommodation when required.
âą Support employee administrative matters, benefits and payroll-related information.
Profil
Your profile
âą Degree or relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration or similar.
âą Ideally 3-5 years of experience in an administrative and financial support role.
âą Experience in construction, engineering, real estate or another project-based environment is an advantage.
âą Fluent Portuguese and good professional English. French is valued; Spanish is an advantage
