SORHEA is expanding very strongly internationally and as part of this growth, SORHEA is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join SORHEA GmbH and our existing team of sales and technical experts in Germany.

Missions

You will be responsible for the sales zone “South Germany” and work under the responsibility of the Head of International Sales.

 

Your task be to will implement the business development strategy of SORHEA GmbH within the sales zone and to increase our current sales turnover by selling a broad range of products and services to new and existing customers, as well as developing leads with end-users and security consultants.

 

  • Prospection and acquisition of new customers; installers and systems integrators.

  • Prescribe products to end-users and security consultants.  

  • Organize and carry out productive business meetings at the customers location as well as on-site visits.  

  • Project management in collaboration with teams (technical, production, sales, administrative) in both France and Germany.

  • Product management in collaboration with customers and end-users.  

  • Providing level 1 sales training to installers and system integrators.  

  • Participation at trade fairs, targeted events, and lobbying groups.

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for other companies within the VITAPROTECH Group.  

 

Your place of work will be SORHEA GmbH in Rüsselsheim and your sales activity will be carried out throughout southern Germany. You will be expected to carry out physical sales meetings at your customers locations every week with overnight hotel accommodation to be expected.

 

Profil

  • Completed Sales orientated diploma.  

  • 5 years’ professional experience in a similar B to B field of activity.

  • “Hunter” profile with experience in both customer prospection & end-user prescription.  

  • Technical understanding of intrusion detection technologies and low-voltage power.

  • Excellent level of both spoken and written English.

  • The ability to speak French would be a “nice to have”, but is not obligatory.  

  • Experience in using an ERP system and MS Office applications.

  • Professional appearance.

  • Confident, persuasive, attention to detail, solution-finding and independent.  

  • Customer and results focused.
