Elyse Energy, an independent French industrial SME founded in 2020 and located in Madrid, specializes in the production of low-carbon molecules, particularly in the generation of green hydrogen and CO2 capture. Mission
• Lead and oversee key projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and within the established budget.
• Develop and implement strategies that drive the success of projects, aligning them with Elyse Energy's business and environmental objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, scientists, and external collaborators, to ensure consistency and effectiveness in project execution.
• Efficiently manage subcontractors such as property engineers, EPCs, consultancies, etc.
• Supervise the efficient use of resources, both human and financial, to maximize efficiency and minimize risks in project execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and normative requirements in all projects, ensuring sustainability and social responsibility of Elyse Energy's initiatives.
• Proactively identify and evaluate potential risks and challenges in projects, implementing preventive and corrective measures as necessary.
Profil
• University degree in Engineering, preferably industrial or mining. An advanced qualification in project management is preferred.
• Previous experience in successfully directing industrial projects, preferably in the oil & gas sector, renewable energies, or low-carbon technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multifunctional teams towards common objectives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Spanish and English. Knowledge of French will be valued.
• Availability for travel.
