Mission

You are responsible for overseeing the hotel’s e-distribution strategy to maximize online presence, optimize channel connectivity, and ensure consistent and accurate distribution of hotel information across all digital platforms. This role involves close collaboration with internal technical teams (CRS, PMS) and external distribution partners to maintain seamless system integrations and efficient channel management.

You will report to the Digital manager within the marketing team and work as the internal ressource of the Revenue management team – external partner

Your Main Responsabilities:

E-Distribution & Channel Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of all hotel’s online distribution channels including OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia), GDS, and wholesalers (e.g., Hotelbeds).

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of content, pricing, availability, and restrictions across all distribution channels. Ownership of existing content distribution tool : Leonardo

  • Supervise the loading and setup of new distribution channels, ensuring proper connectivity and mapping between CRS (Synxis) and PMS (Opera).

  • Oversee the configuration of room types, rate plans, and corporate contracts within the CRS and PMS.

  • Coordinate and test channel integrations to maintain real-time updates and minimize discrepancies or technical issues.

  • Monitor channel performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize channel mix and maximize revenue.

System Coordination

  • Liaise with CRS team (Navarino) to ensure proper support and functionality of Synxis.

  • Work with PMS support (Opera) to guarantee data integrity and system alignment with CRS.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting distribution or channel performance in coordination with IT and external vendors.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as a key point of contact for external partners (OTAs, wholesalers, channel managers) regarding setup, promotions, and ongoing distribution needs.

  • Collaborate with revenue, reservations, and marketing teams to support rate strategy and promotional campaigns across channels.

  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures related to distribution processes and systems.

Profil

Profile & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Revenue Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Distribution, RM, Sales, or a related field, within the hospitality sector.

  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles and distribution channels.

  • Knowledgeable about Hotel operational procedures, Hotel distribution systems, reservation / front office / sales procedures.

  • Proficient in data analytics with the ability to extract and present actionable insights.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Bilingual in English and French; additional languages are an asset (Spanish, German)
