We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a strong sales spirit and motivation, to join our South Europe Sales Team.
With a main focus on the Italian market, in order to support and develop our local footprint, THE POSITION IS IDEALLY BASED IN ITALY.
You will be part of the growing worldwide iXblue Sales team formed of more than 50 people.
You will be responsible of the sales of a part of IXblue products portfolio in the region.
As a Sales Manager you will need both to support and develop existing clients as well as develop new business opportunities.
Because of both the importance and the technical complexity of IXblue products for the customers, you’ll get the opportunity to meet people at high level and be involved in prestigious and innovative projects.
You will have to prepare tenders and pre-qualification tenders, you will have to carry out technical sales presentations with help of product managers, you will have to appoint, manage and support partners and integrators to best achieve the company’s sales targets.
You like the combination of office and traveling. Visit your customers for meetings, be present at trade shows and conferences as well as for meetings at iXblue offices in France.
You will need to report and communicate in English, especially as you will contribute to the wider sales team’s knowledge base and communicate regularly with wider European and Global sales team through the Sales organization.
Sales or Business degree.
Engineer or science degrees in geology / oceanography.
Experience in a Sales in the offshore or defense industry is highly appreciated.
Technical background and mindset.
Fluent Italian and English in speaking and writing are mandatory.
