Missions

You will work directly within our UK and International Customer Champions team, as well as feeding into everything from website development to what brands our customers want to see on the site. We’re looking for bright, talented customer service experts with a passion for eCommerce and the outdoors to spearhead our expansion.


Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for responding to any customer queries. You will also be an internal champion for the UK, working with sales, operations, marketing and merchandising teams to make sure the onsite and email experience is appropriate for your territory..

Delivery of first class customer service for our customers, by responding to customer queries through social media, live chat, email and phone. This role will also include responding to other international customer queries.

Be the "internal champion" - perform a daily check on the website, check sales available, product available, choice of imagery etc

As a employee we assume you will have a problem-solving mindset, and be able to respond to challenges with creative solutions. You will be a team player and will be willing to get stuck in, one of our key values. We do however require a few specifics from you.

Profil

To be successful in this role you must have:

No specific prior experience necessary, but key requirements are:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

  • Have a great eye for detail

  • Self starter

  • Strong analytical and PC skills, with the ability to quickly learn complex systems

  • Work well under pressure and be able to think outside of the box and have a 'can do' attitude

  • Be a real people person

  • Strong team player

Nice to have but not essential

  • A love of sport is also a bonus, ideally triathlon, cycling, running, snow sports or hiking/walking

  • Fluent in another language

Terms and conditions :

  • The start date for this role will be as soon as possible. This is a Fixed Term Contract ending February 27th 2026.

  • This is a fully remote role

  • Salary: 28 900€ per annum
