Missions
In order to continue our international expansion, we are looking for an extremely rigorous Operational Manager for Milan (Malpensa, Bergamo or Linate).
Reporting to the Operations manager for Italy, your main missions will be:

- Management: Recruitment, training and management of your team in the field.
- Operations: Valets coordination and shift assignment, supervision of the correct execution of our services, management of stressful situations and issues with clients.
- Administration: Weekly schedules, activity reporting, administrative tasks, etc.
Profil
You're the ideal candidate if:
- You're proactive and organized,
- You're motivated with a hands-on attitude (i.e. not afraid to get your hands dirty).
- You're autonomous, flexible and ambitious: we're talking about opening operations in a new city (almost from scratch).
- Available to work on weekends if needed
- You have a strong sense of customer service,
- You have a first experience managing teams,
- You speak English.
