Missions
Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be in charge of completing the construction of the project in accordance with the contractual agreements.
You will also be responsible to establish a priviledge communication with all stakeholders of the project.
You will monitor the profitability of your operations on a regular basis, validate technical options and take part in the administrative, financial and legal set up of the projects.
You will ensure that projects go forward smoothly and safely and establish & maintain close communications with the clients.
Profil
Master degree in Civil engineering is required as well as a first experience in construction for logistics or industrial real estate.
Reliable and organized, you have very good communications skills
Solutions oriented, you value team work
2 to 3 days a week on site are required
Fluent Spanish, English or French is a plus
