INDEFI is a fast-growing strategy consulting firm that serves financial investors (private equity specialists, generalist asset managers, wealth managers, etc.). Established in 2007, INDEFI has a team of 80+ consultants headquartered in Paris and New York.
Founded in 2017, Singulier is a digital and innovation consultancy partnering with investment funds and company executives. In collaboration with them, Singulier sets up task forces, including with its team of 25+ experts with the most advanced skills in their fields, to lead strategic digital operations in an entrepreneurial way, resulting in quick and long-term impacts.
Indefi x Singulier operates jointly with its two parent companies, and sets up joint teams, in order to provide digital/tech investment advisory services to asset owners, investment managers and principal investors in public and private markets.
As part of our local and international development, we are looking for Principal for Tech industry in our Paris office.
Missions
The role of Principal for Tech industry
As a Principal for Tech industry, you will be expected to play an instrumental role in growing and expanding the business by: :
Supporting business growth and brand building in helping Paris-based Partner in its business development efforts, in France and Europe
Contributing to the expansion and structuring of the joint-venture activities
Developing new innovative partnerships
Contributing to the Firm’s thought leadership and brand-building initiatives.
Leading strategic engagements, managing strategy consulting teams, and developing our relations with our Private Equity clients
Ensuring outputs meet the highest standards and consistently exceed client expectations
Coaching and mentoring Indefi and Singulier team members, both formally (project feedback, semi-annual reviews) and informally (project brainstorming sessions, team-wide trainings, 1-1 mentoring) to develop both teams’ future leaders.
Profil
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with 7+ years experience in a leading strategy consulting firm, with strong digital and technology skills and knowledge, and an entrepreurial spirit.
Graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school or university
7+ years in a strategy consulting firm
Excellent proficiency in French and English (both languages are daily used within our multilingual team).
Digital / technology skills and knowledge
Entrepreneurial / business development spirit with strategic and operational abilities
Ability to adapt to a moving environment and a growing team
Track record of accurate, high quality work, with strong written and communication skills
