    Mission

    X-FAB is looking for an experienced Device Development Engineer (Staff, Principal Engineer or Member of the Technical Staff) to join our Process Development team, based in Corbeil-Essonnes, France, but working as part of an international organization. Our technologies must support a distinctive range of modular options to integrate high voltage capability, non-volatile memory and sensors; the ideal candidate should have experience over these diverse application areas.

    Vos Missions

    • Define next generation mixed signal CMOS devices primitive and process architecture including NVM.

    • Propose new device layouts, process flows and data analysis

    • Interface with internal Device Development groups, Device Reliability groups and NVM groups,

    • Support the transfer of technologies to other X-FAB sites.

    • Liaise with customers to support production ramp.

    Profil

    Votre Profil

    Qualification: Bachelor Degree / Master of Engineering in Material Science, Device Physics, Microelectronics or related subject. PhD desirable

    Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience in process integration, device and primitive device development experience is a must.

    Hands-on experience of CMOS (SOI, Bulk) device development including NVM Technology

    Understanding of all related unit process steps (lithography, etch, wet cleaning, Thin Films dielectric deposition, Implants, Thermal steps, CMP, CVD/PVD, defect management).

    Experience of SOI and BCDMOS technologies is an advantage.
