As the number one in e-commerce, Amazon sees half of the French population visiting the platform at least once a month. Today, virtually everything is sold there. From your Christmas gifts to cleaning supplies, you’re likely to find it all! However, the line between everything and anything is thin. Many brands, despite offering high-quality products, struggle to establish an effective presence.

    Bizon is the first agency specialized in helping brands thrive on Amazon Europe.

    Our mission:
    To empower brands of all sizes, whether they’re already in the e-commerce sector or not, to sell their products on Amazon Europe in the most optimal way.

    Our story:
    Founded in 2017 by Guillaume Rigallaud, Bizon grew from 0 to 70 employees and €11 million in revenue in less than five years. In 2022, the startup was acquired by Publicis, the world’s third-largest communications group.

    Bizon now consists of 70 Amazon experts within a larger team of over 1,000 Publicis talents, spread across five offices in France: Paris, Lille, Lyon, Rennes, and Montpellier. Whether they’re building strategies or launching campaigns for their clients, these talents test, develop, and challenge the latest technologies, pushing the boundaries of the media agency sector to ensure continuous evolution.

    Mission

    Accelerate Bizon's European expansion:

    • Lead the opening of 4 to 6 new European offices, collaborating closely with Country Managers and local recruitment partners.

    • Identify, recruit, and structure local teams to ensure a fast and efficient launch of each office.

    • Implement HR policies tailored to each market while aligning with the group’s European practices.

    Develop talents and structure teams:

    • Oversee the Bizon Academy to train employees on the specifics of Amazon e-commerce, providing them with the tools and skills they need to succeed.

    • Deploy Lean Management practices among managers to optimize team performance.

    • Design and implement talent development plans to enhance skill growth and employee engagement.

    Drive international HR strategy:

    • Ensure Bizon’s HR policies align with Publicis Group standards while respecting local regulations.

    • Guarantee administrative and legal compliance for European offices.

    • Structure key processes: compensation management, international mobility, performance tracking, and strategic HR initiatives.

    Foster a culture of excellence and learning:

    • Act as an ambassador for Bizon’s culture, rooted in innovation, continuous learning, and entrepreneurial spirit.

    • Actively contribute to talent retention and strengthening the employer brand.

    • Create a stimulating work environment that fosters growth and collaboration.

    Profil

    • At least 10 years of experience in HR leadership, with proven expertise in international multi-site recruitment and management, ideally in e-commerce or communication sectors.

    • Native or bilingual English is mandatory; another European language is a plus.

    • Strong project management skills with an analytical mindset and a results-oriented approach.

    • Inspiring leadership, capable of mobilizing and uniting multicultural teams around ambitious goals.

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all organizational levels.

    • Analytical abilities to interpret HR data and propose relevant solutions.

    • Experience in high-growth environments or market launches is a significant advantage.
