    Mission

    Main mission: The HR Project Manager is responsible for the management and development of human resources projects within the company. He/she works closely with the various departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR initiatives.

    Responsibilities :

    Training needs gathering:

    • Identify training needs in collaboration with managers.

    • Develop and implement appropriate training plans.

    Budgeting and assistance with arbitration:

    • Prepare and manage the training budget.

    • Assist management in budgetary decisions and financial arbitrations.

    Fundraising:

    • Identify and apply for funding sources for HR development projects (training, recruitment, etc.).

    • Prepares funding applications.

    Participation in collective and individual labor relations:

    • Help prepare meetings with employee representatives.

    • Participate in the management of individual relations.

    Compensation and Benefits :

    • Participate in the compliance of compensation policies with current regulations (analysis, research, development of grids, etc.).

    • Analysis of social data.

    Participation in the management of delegations of authority:

    • Drafting, verification of the delegation chain, setting up signature circuits, follow-up, presentation of the status report to management.Preparation of and participation in salary review campaigns:

    • Prepare salary review campaigns.

    • Manage the project to digitize this process.

    Participation in HR campaign configuration projects:

    • Help configure and optimize HR tools.

    • Ensure the smooth running of HR campaigns (interviews, feedback, etc.).

    • Participate in the development of HR training and communication materials.

    Participate in the creation of HR procedures (vehicles, travel, etc.):

    • Develop and implement HR procedures for managing vehicles, travel, etc.

    • Communicate and train employees on these procedures.

    Participation in other Group HR management and development missions:

    • Contribute to Group-wide HR development projects.

    • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes.

    Profil

    Skills Required:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • In-depth knowledge of HR software and project management tools.

    • Organizational skills and thoroughness in following up files.

    Profile sought:

    • 5-year degree in human resources management.

    • Previous experience in a similar position.

    • Knowledge of HR regulations and practices.

      Professional English required.
