Missions
ROLE
Spatial Designer – Minimum 5 Years’ Experience
Working closely with the Creative Director and the agency’s multidisciplinary experts, you will bring your talent to the design and production of scenographic spaces. Combining strong creative vision, a rich visual culture, and solid experience in volume production, you approach creative challenges with sharp technical instincts.
You’ll join a dynamic team made up of:
• Scenographers
• Architects
• Art Directors
• Project Managers
• Production Managers
• And, during project development: Fabrication workshops, Technical Directors, Light Designers…
You’ll work on high-end and luxury projects for brands that demand the highest standards in design, experience, and execution (beauty, fashion, watches, jewelry, spirits, lifestyle…). From concept to final delivery, your role will include:
Designing spatial experiences and scenographies that creatively integrate customer journeys, brand codes, and audience expectations
Ideating and shaping bold, visually striking concepts that also factor in real-world constraints (technical, production, venue)
Conducting volumetric research through moodboards, sketches, 3D explorations, floorplans, or any tool that clearly and compellingly communicates your ideas to the team and clients
Working across scales, from spatial architecture to meticulous object detailing
Working hand-in-hand with production and technical teams through to the event’s final execution
Following up on plans and liaising with vendors and craftspeople throughout the production process
Being on-site during builds and installations
Keeping a constant eye on creative trends and innovation…
Profil
PROFILE
You have a background in applied arts, with a specialization in scenography, design, or architecture, and bring at least 5 years of experience as a scenographer or spatial designer within an event, design, retail, or architecture agency.
A passionate creative, you’re versatile and have a sharp eye for composition and luxury codes. Curious and forward-thinking, you love challenging conventions and pushing creative boundaries—your portfolio is a true reflection of your expertise and sensibility.
Optimism, open-mindedness, bold thinking, a strong sense of form, and meticulous attention to detail will be highly valued.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven hands-on experience as a scenographer or spatial designer
A strong, ultra-creative portfolio that speaks for itself
Solid on-site experience with decor production follow-up
Proficiency in volume and layout production tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and the 3D software of your choice)
A keen interest in lighting design
Deep understanding of luxury codes and an exceptional eye for detail
A strong visual culture (spanning architecture, experience design, tech, and digital)
Fluency in English and French is essential
A mindset that’s autonomous, responsive, and fully engaged
Highly appreciated bonus skills:

Salary: depending on profile and experience
Contract: Forfait 39h/week
On site job: Paris 11
Remote work: 2 days/month
