Missions
Reporting to the Sales Director, and working closely with internal sales staff and product managers, you will be responsible for selling LEADER and BIOEX products in the assigned area :
Strategic market development
Analysis and expansion of untapped potential in Switzerland / Austria / Italy
Development of country-specific market strategies
Implementation of targeted measures to increase market share
Leadership & development of specialist dealers
Establishment and further development of strategic sales partnerships
Definition of clear objectives and business plans
Management of partners through structured reviews
Development of high-performing sales partners
Enabling & sales management
Support with projects and tenders
Promotion of a solution-oriented sales approach
Ensuring consistent customer focus
Key account & project support
Support of strategic projects (fire departments, industry, airports)
Ensuring sales success through partners
Market positioning & future topics
Positioning of BIOEX in the context of PFAS-related challenges
Development of clear lines of argumentation
Support for transition and conversion projects
Interface & driving force
Coordination with manufacturers and internal stakeholders
Contribution of market feedback
Profil
You are ready to take on the challenge of prospecting thanks to your conquering spirit
You know how to build long-term business relationships with your contacts for technical products sale
Knowledge of foam concentrates / firefighting technology is an advantage
You are known for your excellent interpersonal skills, perseverance and autonomy
With a degree in sales, you have 4-5 years of experience in a similar position.
You are fluent in German and in English.
