Missions
As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be the operational lead for a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring their multilingual content projects are delivered efficiently, consistently and with an outstanding customer experience.
You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across a wide range of services, from localization and multimedia to AI-enabled language solutions and emerging content workflows while continuously identifying ways to improve efficiency, quality and scalability.
You will also play an active role in adopting new technologies, leveraging AI where it adds value and helping evolve our delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Account Management
Build trusted relationships with your client contacts and become their day-to-day operational partner.
Understand clients' content ecosystems, objectives and operational challenges.
Lead onboarding, workflow implementation and continuous service improvements.
Provide proactive recommendations to enhance efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
Identify risks early and coordinate appropriate solutions.
Solution Delivery
Manage the end-to-end delivery of multilingual content solutions, including:
Localization and translation
Multimedia localization and subtitling
Transcription and captioning
Content adaptation and transcreation
AI-assisted language services
Other multilingual content solutions
Coordinate internal experts, external partners and technology platforms.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to agreed quality standards.
Monitor operational performance and client KPIs.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
Explore and adopt AI and automation tools that improve delivery and customer experience.
Work closely with technology, language and production teams to implement new solutions.
Contribute to the continuous evolution of our service offering and operational model.
Profil
You enjoy building relationships, solving operational challenges and finding smarter ways of working.
You are naturally curious about technology and AI, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and able to balance customer expectations with operational excellence.
We are looking for someone with:
At least 5 years of experience managing complex customer delivery, operations or project environments.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken).
Experience working in localization, multilingual content, digital content, SaaS, media, marketing operations or a related industry.
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Curiosity for AI, automation and process improvement.
The ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing priorities.
A third language is considered a strong advantage.
