    BERTIN ALPAO, a subsidiary of BERTIN TECHNOLOGIES Group, is a high-tech company known for its innovation and expertise in adaptive optics (AO).

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • As the leader of the software team, you will manage the team’s daily operations.

    • You will ensure the quality, reliability, maintainability, consistency, and documentation of all code produced by the software team (software for adaptive optics and internal software for production tools and metrology benches).

    • You will work closely with the head of the engineering team to specify software solutions.

    • You will interact with other technical teams and the sales team to ensure the relevance of the proposed solutions.

    • You will co-develop software product roadmaps with the Project/Product Manager and Head of Engineering.

    • Be the architect of your role! Your responsibilities will evolve based on your previous experiences and future aspirations.

    This permanent position is based in Montbonnot-Saint-Martin (38).

    Profil

    Do you have at least 5 years of experience as a Computer Engineer or equivalent, ideally with team management experience?

    Do you have strong knowledge in software architecture, UML development methodology, and advanced skills in C/C++, MATLAB, Java, Python, and real-time Linux development?

    Are you familiar with Linux and Windows environments, and do you have experience in designing graphical user interfaces?

    Are you recognized for your leadership and your strong desire to foster the personal development of your team?

    Are you known for your rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, and excellent interpersonal skills?

    Do you have a proficient level of English, enabling you to work in our international environment?
