We are looking for our future Content Manager
Mission
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Manager with a passion for both writing and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in content creation, including both written and visual elements. You will be responsible for producing clear, engaging content that strengthens our brand image and connects with our target audience. Fluency in French (native level) and English (professional level) is essential to effectively communicate with our international audience. The role requires someone proactive and resourceful, capable of suggesting new ideas and approaches to content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of content creation and management tasks, including but not limited to:
Blog Articles: Write engaging and informative blog posts that align with the company's tone and message.
Customer Case Studies: Develop comprehensive case studies showcasing client success stories.
Short Videos/Podcasts: Produce and collaborate on the creation of short videos and podcasts that highlight key aspects of our brand.
Internal and Client Interviews: Conduct and transcribe interviews with internal teams and clients for use in various content formats.
LinkedIn Posts: Create concise and impactful posts to drive engagement and reach on LinkedIn.
Event Communications: Support communication efforts around company events, ensuring consistency in messaging.
Client Testimonials: Assist in coordinating and writing customer testimonials, strengthening client relationships and providing social proof.
Newsletter Emails: Craft compelling newsletter content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand voice.
Profil
Skills and Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in content writing and visual content creation.
Strong proficiency in graphic design and visual content tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Native-level fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
Proven ability to create a wide range of content formats (written, visual, video, audio).
Excellent written communication skills with attention to clarity, engagement, and tone.
Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, and digital communication trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
A creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and content strategy development.
