We support our clients throughout their Finance project, from the expression of needs to the implementation and post-go-live support by favoring the transfer of skills to the teams in the various countries deployed.

🌍 With a head office based in Paris, we are established in several European countries. We are thus able to support our clients all over the world, during and after their projects.

Missions

In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a Sales & Account Coordinator to strengthen our commercial efficiency, support client relationships and ensure seamless sales and account management processes.

📍 Based in Geneva (with flexibility for candidates living in neighboring France)

Your missions


You will be a key point of contact between clients, internal teams, and partners. Your role will involve:

  • Sales Administration: Manage CRM data (clients, contacts, pipeline), track quotes, orders, invoices, and prepare reports.

  • Account Management Support: Monitor dormant accounts, follow up on client activity, and identify upsell opportunities.

  • Sales Coordination: Support roadmap updates (SAP Concur ecosystem), prepare client meetings, maintain sales materials.

  • Client Support: Contribute to consulting, training, and reporting for clients in the “run” phase.

  • Marketing Support: Participate in campaigns (webinars, events, mailings) and contribute to marketing & sales assets.

  • Cross-team Collaboration: Act as a connector between sales, marketing, finance, and delivery teams.

Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field (Bac+2/3 minimum).

  • First experience in Sales Support, Account Coordination, Customer Success, or ADV is an asset.

  • Knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, or Travel & Expense (T&E) solutions is a strong plus.

  • Experience in the travel, expense, or hospitality industry highly valued.

  • Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a strong plus.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and client-oriented mindset.

  • Junior profiles with strong motivation or senior candidates with relevant expertise will be considered.
