We provide our customers with end-to-end services throughout their HRIS and Travel & Expense management projects from business requirements definition to the solution implementation. We also provide post go-live support and transfer of competencies to the teams in the different deployed countries.
🌍With our headquarters based in Paris (and a secondary French office in Bordeaux), we are also implemented in different countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America. We are thus able to support our clients all over the world, during and after the deployment of their HRIS projects.
We are looking for a Finance Controller apprentice.

Mission
Based in Bordeaux and reporting directly to the Finance Controller, you will:
Implement the operational reporting for other entities (quality KPIs, performance KPIs) ;
Take responsibilities in monthly controls (time entry controls, reconciliation in operational and financial revenues) ;
Take responsibilities in monthly dashboards and follow up (license margin) ;
Participate in a BI tool implementation ;
Participate in quarterly reporting of our entities.
Profil
You are in the process of obtaining a Master’s degree in controlling/accounting.
You are proficient in Office tools with an advanced level in Excel. Knowledge of Power BI could be a plus.
You have a good level of English.
With good interpersonal skills, you have a sense of service and internal contact.
Autonomous, organized, and versatile, you enjoy teamwork. Rigor, initiative, responsiveness, and confidentiality are essential qualities to successfully carry out your missions.
