Project Manager (SuccessFactors solution) France H/F

    We support our clients throughout their HRIS project, from the expression of needs to the implementation and post-go-live support by favoring the transfer of skills to the teams in the various countries deployed.

    🌍 With a head office based in Paris, we are established in several European countries but also in South America. We are thus able to support our clients all over the world, during and after their HRIS projects.

    Missions

    Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager (SuccessFactors solution) with proven experience in project management.

    We provide you with an opportunity to take ARAGO Consulting to a rapid scale by executing game-changing growth strategies.

    Your missions

    In your role as Project Manager, you will guide customers through Successfactors software solution. You’ll also be in charge of the actions bellow: ​

    • Lead and manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in client organisations

    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

    • Deploy project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with client requirements

    • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies

    • Manage project admin and financial components (budget, margin and expenses)

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members

    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members

    • Monitor project progress and performance, and report on project status to stakeholders

    • Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with project standards and methodologies

    • Manage change with strategies that build buy-in and mitigate risks​

    • Identify opportunities to position other service offerings ​​

    • Provide status reports and keep team apprised of overall project status

    Profil

    Your profile

    • Bachelor’s degree in software sciences, Management, Human Resources or related field. Experience in project management is necessary (minimum 5 years). ​

    • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are required. ​

    • Ability to provide exceptional client service, research and resolve issues, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to stay current regarding strategies and regulations. ​

    • An experience with one or more of the following HR technology vendors: Oracle, HCM Cloud, SAP, Workday, Success Factors is a plus. ​

    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

    • Experience managing project teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
