    We are looking for a  HCM/SF Consultant based in Portugal.

    Mission

    • Play a key part in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central /Employee Central Payroll, whilst working on the integrations between Employee Central and SAP HCM /ECP.

    • Responsible for the data migration to ensure synchronous data through active monitoring.

    • Manage the end-to-end integration of SAP HCM/ECP and SAP SuccessFactors

    • Configuration of the BIB Tool and Integration Add-On for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors HCM Suite

    • Root cause analysis of recurring replication issues and assist in implementing a permanent solution

    • Provide support when installing patches or OSS notes related to the integration add-ons

    • Assist with evaluating, estimating and developing change requests

    • Align with other teams to ensure closure of replication/integration issues

     

    You may be required to contribute and participate:

    • In the pre-sales

    • To the development of offers

    • Improve visibility and promotion of our offers through the animation of webinars, workshops & conferences

    Profil

    • SAP HCM expertise (ECC and/or S/4) and SuccessFactors ECP Payroll, mainly around:

      • Configuration of Personnel Administration (PA - including Payroll & Time Data infotypes)

      • Configuration of Organizational Management (OM)

      • Configuration of Time Management (TM)

      • Configuration of Payroll (PY - Payroll Schema, Rules, Reports, etc)

    • Experience with Business Integration Builder, SAP Cloud Integration

    • Practice experience in migrations and integrations

    • Prior experience working on implementation and roll-out projects of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.

    • Good understanding of the data model in:

      • SuccessFactors Employee Central

      • SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

      • SuccessFactors Employee Profile

      • SAP HCM

    • Good understanding of HR processes (hire to retire)

    • You have a high end-to-end understanding of HR processes with their technical mapping in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors

    • You have an analytical and methodical approach

    • You are characterized by customer orientation and an eye for user impact

    • You can identify with the desire for continuous further training and lifelong learning

    • You are comfortable working in agile and interdisciplinary teams

    • You are committed and self-motivated as well as a team player with the ability to integrate

    • Fluent in English/French
