In a context of continued growth, we are looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant specialized in Employee Central & Onboarding 2.0, to support projects in France and Switzerland.

📌 Location: Paris, France
✈️ Occasional business travel in France and Switzerland (or other countries depending on the project needs)

🏢 Minimum 1 day per week at the Paris office

Missions

Your main responsibilities 

You will contribute to SuccessFactors implementation and rollout projects, mainly on the following modules: 

  • SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC – Core HR module) 

  • SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Participate in and support SuccessFactors implementation projects in France and Switzerland mainly 

  • Design, prototype and configure Employee Central and Onboarding solutions 

  • Contribute to workshops with HR stakeholders and business teams 

  • Organize and execute tests, cutover and go-live activities 

  • Support change management, user adoption and knowledge transfer 

  • Deliver user training sessions 

  • Provide post go-live support and continuous improvement 

You may also be involved in: 

  • Pre-sales activities 

  • Development and evolution of Arago’s HRIS offers 

  • Promotion of our expertise through internal or external events 

Profil

Your profile 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, HRIS, Information Systems or related field 

  • Junior profile with initial experience on SuccessFactors projects 

  • Certified SuccessFactors Employee Central 

  • Certified SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 

  • Solid knowledge of Employee Central (EC – Core HR) is mandatory 

  • Strong interest and hands-on experience in Onboarding / Onboarding 2.0 

  • Fluent French is mandatory, English is required to work with Swiss and international stakeholders 

  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving mindset 

  • Good organizational and planning skills 

  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
