In a context of strong growth in Portugal, we are looking for a Lead Consultant SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, based in Lisbon or Porto.

Missions

🚀 Missions

Your main responsibilities

You will act as a functional and technical lead expert on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, supporting international HRIS transformation projects.

You will be responsible for leading Payroll streams and ensuring end-to-end delivery quality.

Your missions will include:

  • Lead and/or supervise SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll and SAP HCM / ECP implementation projects

  • Act as the Payroll functional expert across design, configuration and deployment phases

  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of Payroll streams (quality, timelines, compliance)

  • Participate in solution design, blueprinting and client workshops

  • Oversee configuration, integration and data migration activities

  • Support testing phases, cutover and go-live activities

  • Provide post go-live support and continuous improvement

  • Contribute to issue resolution and root cause analysis

You may also contribute to:

  • Pre-sales activities (solution design, estimations, demos)

  • Development of Arago’s HRIS & Payroll offerings

  • Knowledge sharing (webinars, workshops, internal communities)

  • Mentoring junior consultants and supporting team development

Profil

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, HRIS, Information Systems or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience on SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors projects

  • Strong expertise in SAP HCM (ECC or S/4) and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

  • Experience in Payroll configuration (schemas, rules, wage types, reporting)

  • Knowledge of HR processes (hire to retire)

  • Experience in HRIS integrations and data migrations

  • Exposure to Payroll Control Center is a plus

🌐 Languages

  • Fluent in English

  • Portuguese and/or French is a strong plus
