We provide our customers with end-to-end services throughout their HRIS and Travel & Expense management projects from business requirements definition to the solution implementation.
We also provide post go-live support and transfer of competencies to the teams in the different deployed countries.
With our headquarters based in Paris (and a secondary French office in Bordeaux), we are also implemented in different countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America. We are thus able to support our clients all over the world, during and after the deployment of their HRIS projects.
We are looking for a Team Lead Run / Support Consultant to lead our Run support activities and support our clients in their digital transformation.

Missions
This role combines people management, operational support expertise and service quality ownership in an international context.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Run Management
Lead, coach and develop a team of Support Consultants
Organize workload, prioritize tickets and ensure smooth Run operations
Act as escalation point for complex or critical incidents
Promote best practices, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team
Client Support & Service Delivery
Ensure customer requests are handled in line with Support procedures and SLA commitments
Supervise incident, problem and change management activities
Analyze issues and define the most appropriate solutions for clients
Validate and structure high-quality written responses, with verbal follow-up when required
Act as a trusted partner for clients on Run-related topics
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with Project teams to support post go-live phases
Contribute to the improvement of support processes, tools and documentation
Be a key contributor to the growth and maturity of the Run team
Profil
Higher education in Computer Science or equivalent
Solid experience in HRIS Support / Run environments (SAP SuccessFactors is a strong plus)
Proven experience managing or leading a team
Strong customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Fluent in French and English
Willingness to grow in a fast-moving, cloud-based, international environment
