In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant specialized in Employee Central & Onboarding, with a strong focus on Onboarding, which is a key and strategic topic for our clients.

📌 Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Missions

Your main responsibilities 

You will be involved in international SuccessFactors implementation projects, mainly on the following modules: 

  • SuccessFactors Onboarding / Onboarding 2.0 (priority focus) 

  • SuccessFactors Employee Central (appreciated) 

Your missions will include: 

  • Participate in and/or pilot SuccessFactors implementation projects 

  • Design, prototype and configure the SuccessFactors solution 

  • Organize and execute tests, cutover and go-live activities 

  • Support clients during deployment, with a strong focus on onboarding user experience 

  • Contribute to knowledge transfer, user adoption and change management 

  • Deliver user training sessions 

  • Provide post go-live support and continuous improvement 

You may also contribute to: 

  • Pre-sales activities 

  • Development and evolution of Arago’s HRIS offers 

  • Promotion of our expertise through webinars, workshops or events 

 

Profil

Your profile 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, HRIS, Information Systems or related field 

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in SuccessFactors projects 

  • Expertise or strong interest in SuccessFactors Onboarding (mandatory) 

  • Knowledge of Employee Central (EC – Core HR) is a strong plus 

  • SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0 are highly valued 
    👉 Having both certifications is a major plus 

  • Fluent French is mandatory, English is required to work with international stakeholders 

  • Strong customer orientation, problem-solving mindset and solution-driven approach 

  • Good organizational and planning skills 

  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
