    For our completely renovated Braunbär Hotel & Spa, we are looking for a chef who will help us to develop the concept

    and further improve the high standard of our cuisine.

    Mission

    • Organisation of all procedures of the kitchen

    • Leading a team of 9 chefs

    • Purchasing, inventory and cost control

    • Responsibility for the hygine according to HACCP

    • Preparation of à la carte and halfboard menus incl. recipes and food cost

    • Organising Events at the grillkota and fondue gondola, taking care of the guests

    Profil

    • Professional training in the hotel industry and several years work experience as head chef in hotels

    • Knowledge of mountain cuisine

    • Excellent team leader

    • Able to work under pressure

    • Fluent in English (German is not a must but a plus!)

    • Creative and a love for details

    • Motivated to become a part of the project team
