Missions

What we are looking for? ✏️

As part of the UTMB Group Marketing and Communication team, and reporting to the Head of Communication, the Internal Communication Office will be to participate in structuring, animating and embodying the Group's internal life in France and internationally. 

This is a position in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment. 

Your main mission and key responsabilities 👇

Your missions will be highly varied! You'll have the chance to be approached by a variety of clients from all sectors: 

Strategy & coordination 

  • Participate in designing and managing the internal editorial calendar 

  • Coordinate with project leaders to gather information and craft clear internal messaging 

Production 

  • Prepare, write and send distribute Ravito, the monthly employee newsletter 

  • Prepare, write and distribute Extraordinary Makers, the monthly newsletter for race directors 

  • Participate in developping and implementing a multi-channel editorial strategy (Teams, newsletters, emails, offices etc.) 

  • Participate in rethinking the formats of our monthly meetings and in encouraging cross-team discussions 

Animation 

  • Support leadership and HR in celebrating milestones and achievements 

Reporting 

  • Foster employee participation and voice 

  • Set up engagement KPIs and regular surveys 

  • Ensure tracking, analysis and reporting of communication initiatives

Profil

Profile & Skills📝

We're looking for a motivated internal communications officer with proven expertise in internal communications, project management, and coordinating various contacts in an international environment. You have a higher education qualification in communications/internal communications/HR, at least 3–4 years of successful experience in a similar position, and you enjoy working in a team.

It's your personality and creativity that will make the difference, and you'll need to demonstrate curiosity, agility, resourcefulness, a certain rigor and, above all, a passion for meeting the challenges you'll be offered. Knowledge of the outdoor world is a plus.

  • Good knowledge of digital tools and ability to innovate

  • Experience in an international environment

  • Interview with Agathe (Head of Communication) on-site or video – 1 hour: she'll talk to you about the day-to-day running of the MarComm BU and their current challenges, to help you project yourself within the team.
