With our headquarters based in Paris (and a secondary French office in Bordeaux), we are also implemented in different countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America. We are thus able to support our clients all over the world, during and after the deployment of their HRIS projects.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team in Bordeaux, France, on a 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD). The expected start date is September 1st, 2025. This is a hybrid role combining on-site and remote work.

You will report directly to our HR Director, based in Bordeaux.

Mission

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across business functions and regions

  • Partner with hiring Managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies

  • Source, attract, and assess candidates to ensure a strong match with company needs and culture

  • Maintain and improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

  • Lead Onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new joiner experience

  • Monitor trial periods of new joiners in collaboration with Managers

  • Manage Arago’s internal communication activities

  • Promote employer branding initiatives in collaboration with marketing and HR

  • Oversee the implementation and follow-up of Arago's Corporate Training Plan, working closely with Managers and training partners

  • Contribute to transversal HR projects in collaboration with our HR Director on topics such as Talent Development, HR internal communication, and diversity & inclusion

Profil

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or similar HR roles

  • Strong understanding of recruitment process, sourcing strategies, and HR best practices

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders

  • Organized, autonomous, and proactive

  • Experience in training coordination or HR project support is a plus
