Your missions
As a senior SAP HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring and maintaining the SAP HCM solution (ECC and S/4).
Serve as a subject matter expert / technical lead in the area of SAP HCM with a focus on Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll and/or Time Management.
Demonstrate and explain SAP Payroll and/or Time Management module functionality and best practices.
Be able to conduct workshops and gather requirements.
Requirement analysis, design solution and write functional specifications.
Perform system configuration.
Develop payroll and time management schema and rules for payroll and time processing.
Configure and support Payroll Control Center.
Ensure proper system integration and processes to/from Payroll and Time Management.
Perform functional and system integration testing
Within projects, provide support to UAT, training, data migration, and cutover.
Responding and resolving incidents that may arise in the production and non-production SAP environments.
Review, analyze and test impact of payroll related changes included in support packages.
Profil
Your profile
Bachelor or Master degree.
Strong knowledge of SAP Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.
Strong experience in SAP Payroll, including gross-to-net calculations, post-payroll activities, payroll integrations.
Good knowledge of Positive Time Management.
Basic configuration experience of SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus.
Familiar with ABAP (debugging and basic development).
Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch as second or first language.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a project environment.
Good communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
