    We are looking for our future Resources Manager.

    Mission

    Reporting to our Chief Staffing Officer, you will play a pivotal role with a focus on enhancing the following key areas:

    Complete Staffing Management (managing workforce needs for client projects)

    • Overseeing the entire Staffing process, with validation from our Chief Staffing Officer, collaborating closely with stakeholders to fulfill client project requirements effectively.

    • Monitoring project management activities and ensuring accurate data updates including time tracking, task management, and reporting.

    • Assessing pipeline dynamics and providing insightful recommendations on workforce planning to ensure the successful execution of each client project.

    Data Analysis

    • Managing financial reporting in collaboration with our Finance Department, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial analysis.

    • Gathering essential data for developing Post Go Live (PGL) analysis and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the outcomes of digital transformation projects.

    • Conducting in-depth analyses of PGL projects and optimizing existing KPIs for enhanced project performance and stakeholder communication.

    External Workforce Management

    • Coordinating with our partners to oversee the comprehensive lifecycle of freelancers, from contracting to performance evaluation on client projects.

    • Contributing to the growth and development of our freelance Business Unit (BU) through strategic initiatives and partnership engagements.

    Communication

    • Crafting a quarterly staffing newsletter to keep stakeholders informed about staffing activities and proposing innovative communication strategies to enhance engagement and transparency.

      You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding a junior profile within the Staffing Team.

    Profil

    Your Profile

    • You have at least one previous experience in Business Management.

    • You are proficient in office tools with an advanced level in Excel. You are capable of creating tracking and reporting tables.

    • You have a fluent level of English.

    • With good interpersonal skills, you have a sense of service and internal and external client contact.

    • Autonomous, organized, and versatile, you enjoy teamwork. Rigor, initiative, responsiveness, and confidentiality are essential qualities to successfully carry out your missions.
