Opensee provides instant big data analytics solutions to financial institutions. Our mission is to empower business users to autonomously exploit data at a scale and granularity never seen before in order to optimize risk management, trade execution, regulatory reporting and more.
Founded in 2015 by senior banking executives and big data technology experts, Opensee's commercial traction exploded in 2020 with deployment in several Tier 1 financial institutions on critical use cases. To sustain that growth, we doubled our headcount that same year and are now expanding in London, NYC and Singapore.

Missions
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Team Lead to join our dynamic team as we develop our cloud-based product. Your main duties will include:
Establishing and managing the necessary tools and processes to support our cloud platform, with a strong focus on ensuring top-notch reliability and security.
Providing tools for deploying our solution on our clients' premises or private cloud
Enhancing and maintaining our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Leading and supervising the team, offering guidance and ensuring efficient task distribution.
Steering technical decisions, fostering innovation, and upholding code quality through reviews and adherence to standards.
Facilitating communication with stakeholders, resolving issues, and fostering a culture of learning and process enhancement.

Profil
About you
You have experience with the following technologies
Significant experience and in Go or Rust
You have experience with Kubernetes in production, know Kubernetes API in and out and typically can write Kubernetes operators.
You understand automation technologies and have experience in Terraform and one of Ansible, Puppet or Chef
You have a strong DevOps / DevSecOps experience, and are comfortable with cloud providers, preferrably AWS and GCP
You have significant experience in the operations of a SaaS for a commercial software company with a leading role and good understanding of the work responsibilities and processes
You are a technical leader, feeding the team with new ideas and innovation
You are autonomous, you can lead projects and are a team player.
Linguistic skills : Good in English both written and verbal, French is a plus
